Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to Amazonas and we will issue a refund of goods MINUS our postal charge and an admin cost for returned items. We advise customers to select an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.
NOT DELIVERED ITEMS
For UK deliveries contact the selected courier via the instructions in their shipping email and use your tracking number. Once it leaves our hands it is the carriers responsibility to deliver your package to you. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If you have any issues with your items, whether the size is incorrect or you’ve simply changed your mind, please follow the steps below to ensure a proper exchange and/or return.
We offer a 30 day ‘from date of purchase’ exchange/return policy. Once your order passes the 30 days mark, this policy does not apply to your order. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received.
Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as Amazonas will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 5 business days. This will be minus any postage charges. Please allow any refund, time to show up in your account or on your card.
If an item/order is returned to Amazonas outside of the 30-day return period we will contact the sender with an invoice requesting the postage cost of returning it back to the you. Returns outside of the 30-day period will not be accepted.
“SALE” ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Any “SALE” items returned within the 30-day period for a refund or exchange will instead be credited with an Amazonas “Gift Card” for the amount minus your initial postage charge.
